All rooms and the compound are clean and well maintained.
Each room is self-contained with own shower/wash room with toilet, a separate kitchen with fitted top and base storage units, and space for a table top cooker.

Each room has it's own electricity meter

Adequate supply- daily tap water, or brought to the room

Security

The A1 complex has it’s own security 24/24h, 7/7d. Non residents are not allowed to enter the compound without registration and/or ID control.
General manager Madame Esther Bakoh is daily available at A1.

Costs

Cost per month for rent : 35.000 - 45.000 FCFA + electricity + water.
